Job Description

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Provide information regarding agent’s satisfaction with the content available.
  • Gather data and determine needs for content development.
  • Collect data provided by the Quality Assurance team, Operations Managers and others to determine gaps in which training or content creation is required.
  • Develop training materials for continuing education.
  • Provide training sessions for trainers or agents (special need) as needed.
  • Update content and training materials and assessments based on gap analysis.
  • Propose new content for training / training materials based on gap analysis.
  • Contact clients, when necessary (Specialty callbacks).
  • Attend client requested weekly/daily meetings (Calibrations, WBRs, Daily Calls).
  • Assemble WBR reports.

Other Related Duties

  • Other duties as required by Management (Special needs, such as supporting the floor, eLearning management).

Qualifications

Job Requirements

Minimum Education And Experience

  • Bachelor degree desirable.
  • High School Diploma or GED desirable (not required)
  • Critical and analytical thinking skills.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to provide constructive feedback in a manner that results in improved performance.
    • Establish a team environment by coordinating/cooperating with peers, sharing recognition, supporting interdepartmental and company-wide objectives.
    • Time management skills and computer proficiency.
    • Objectivity, professionalism and maturity.
    • Flexibility and demonstrated ability to adapt well in a changing environment.
