Business Analyst (Content Creators).
Job Description
Key Job Responsibilities
- Provide information regarding agent’s satisfaction with the content available.
- Gather data and determine needs for content development.
- Collect data provided by the Quality Assurance team, Operations Managers and others to determine gaps in which training or content creation is required.
- Develop training materials for continuing education.
- Provide training sessions for trainers or agents (special need) as needed.
- Update content and training materials and assessments based on gap analysis.
- Propose new content for training / training materials based on gap analysis.
- Contact clients, when necessary (Specialty callbacks).
- Attend client requested weekly/daily meetings (Calibrations, WBRs, Daily Calls).
- Assemble WBR reports.
Other Related Duties
- Other duties as required by Management (Special needs, such as supporting the floor, eLearning management).
Qualifications

Minimum Education And Experience
- Bachelor degree desirable.
- High School Diploma or GED desirable (not required)
- Critical and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to provide constructive feedback in a manner that results in improved performance.
