The operations supervisor  will be responsible for the Coordination and Supervision of various departments in the call center, evaluating and monitor the staff performance. Will assist in recruitment and placement of required staff; establishment of organizational structure; delegation of tasks and account-abilities.

•Fully Bilingual: English and Spanish (Advance English).
